One-Minute Preceptor (OMP) applied teaching method

This systematic review was conducted by searching English language articles on one-minute preceptor (OMP) through five databases, including Web of Science, ProQuest, Scopus, Clinical Key and PubMed for the published from 2000 to 2017 using following search term ‘OMP’ in titles abstracts. After employing exclusion criteria, 31 remained detailed analysis. The main outcomes investigated studies were categorised into two categories, namely: (1) OMP develop effectiveness (2) Traditional Model & SNAPPS. is simple remember, easy learn, learner-centred, improve behaviour quality feedback, engage more getting commitments apply prompts concepts learner’s knowledge satisfaction learner, an effective efficient teaching method. developed learning activities, convert a conversation, with thinking work being undertaken learner.
